Purpose of the Position:
· To effectively supervise and coordinate Telehandlers and Operators to ensure maximum operational efficiency and profitability for the business.
Qualifications:
· Matric
· Telehandler
Experience:
· 1 year In-field operating experience in field
· 1 year Valid/previous license to operate telehandler
· 1 year supervisory/management experience

Knowledge Requirements:
· Rental industry knowledge and advantage
· Mining/Construction/Industry knowledge
Responsibilities:
· Monitor operators based on Tektra telematics and ensure corrective action where needed
· Escalate Warnings and Disciplinary issues to the Telehandler and Operator Manager
· Log all breakdowns as received from operators to Field Services
· Re-allocating operators from site to site
· Ensure that operators hand their timesheets in on a weekly basis to contracts admin/debtors
· Escalate all additional expenses such as accommodation and travelling expenses to the Telehandler and Operator Manager
· Ensure that each machine has been serviced and maintained (working together with Field Services)
· Completing call sheets per site with information on machines and operators/general notes
· Resolve customer queries on site
· Manage customer relations on site
· Ensure that all accessories are monitored and recorded
· Control of attachments daily
· Escalate all attachment issues to the Telehandler and Operator Manager
· Keep customer updated on progress of machine and breakdowns
· Managing and ensuring regular updates of machines, operators and accessories
· Escalate all damages and incidents to the Telehandler Manager together with photos
· To ensure that a professional image is always projected, i.e. grooming and company vehicle
· To ensure that the quality of service that Eazi Access Rental provides and the satisfaction of its customers, are treated with the utmost importance at all times
· To promote Eazi Access Rental and do everything possible to enhance its image
· To ensure that all duties are carried out safely and in accordance with all company and legal requirements
· To work in harmony with other employees in the Company
· To ensure that confidentiality in all Eazi Access Rental matter is maintained
· To produce other information as required and to carry out other duties either directly or indirectly as requested by your manager from time to time
· Compliance to standard operation guidelines of Eazi Access Rental
