Role Description
We are looking for a Site Supervisor with a strong background in furniture making or woodworking (technical school trained preferred) to oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth execution of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily site operations and workforce
- Ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications
- Track progress and provide reports
- Coordinate artisans, vendors, and materials
- Enforce safety standards
Requirements:
- Background in Furniture Making / Carpentry / Woodworking
- Technical school or vocational training is strongly preferred
- 1-3 years site supervision experience
- Strong understanding of furniture production and installation
- Good knowledge of Interior Designs
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Ability to work independently
Added Advantage:
- Experience in interior fit-out projects
- Knowledge of glass, partitions, or finishing works
- Basic project management skills
