Brouq Developments is looking for a qualified and experienced Site Supervision Engineer to join our growing team.
Key Responsibilities
✔ Oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
✔ Monitor contractor performance, quality standards, and compliance with safety requirements.
✔ Review shop drawings and coordinate with consultants for technical approvals.
✔ Document site progress, identify issues, and follow up on corrective actions.
✔ Ensure project milestones are achieved on time and within project scope.
✔ Strong experience in Technical Office activities, including Quantity Surveying, Quantity Take-Off, BOQ ✔preparation, shop drawing review, and project documentation.
✔previose experience in units hand over
Requirements
✔ Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputable university.
✔ 5+ years of experience in site supervision within real estate development and construction projects.
✔ Previous experience representing the Owner (Client Representative) is a must.
✔ Strong knowledge of construction methods, quality control procedures, and project coordination.
✔ Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
