Role Description
This is a full-time position for a Site Project Manager at GATA Construction Ltd., based in Lagos with a hybrid work model allowing flexibility for some work-from-home days. The Site Project Manager will oversee and coordinate construction projects, manage site operations, ensure adherence to timelines, and supervise resource allocation. The role also entails regular inspections, expediting processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and client requirements. Effective collaboration with team members and external stakeholders is essential to ensure the delivery of successful projects.
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and delivery of construction projects.
- Must be vast with indigenes and locals
- Must understand construction and land related affairs
- Must be a quick thinker.
- Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor processes to ensure materials and resources are delivered efficiently and on time.
- Experience in Inspection and quality control to ensure compliance with standards and project specifications.
- Skills in Logistics Management to effectively oversee the supply chain and resource distribution.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in the construction industry or related fields is preferred.
