An EME based in Pretoria East, Waltloo is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
Minimum Requirements
- National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Site Manager
- Extensive experience in welding, fabrication, and hydraulic systems
- Experience in mining, power generation, infrastructure, or heavy industrial projects
- Strong knowledge of site supervision, quality control, safety, and project coordination
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise site activities from start to completion
- Coordinate welding, fabrication, and hydraulic installation works
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements
- Plan and monitor labour, materials, and equipment
- Liaise with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and project teams
- Prepare site reports, progress updates, and project documentation
