Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Site Manager based in Cape Town to oversee day-to-day site operations within a logistics and warehousing environment. The successful candidate will lead teams, drive risk management initiatives, and deliver operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement risk management and compliance strategies
• Oversee daily operations and optimise warehouse and site processes
• Manage operational budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
• Lead and develop staff, fostering a high-performance culture
• Ensure compliance with all safety, legal, and industry standards
• Conduct audits, inspections, and process reviews
• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
Qualifications
• Proven experience in operations or site management (logistics/warehousing preferred)
• Strong background in risk management, financial management, and people leadership
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
• Industry experience is advantageous
• PSiRA qualification advantageous
