Role Overview
Colas Rail – Egypt is seeking a Site Facility Team Lead for the AQM – Abu QIR Metro project. The role involves managing all site facility operations, ensuring efficient mobilization, maintenance, and compliance with safety and operational standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead site mobilization and facility setup activities.
Oversee daily operations and preventive maintenance of site systems.
Ensure compliance with HSE regulations.
Manage site layout, space allocation, and infrastructure optimization.
Control facility budgets and implement cost/energy efficiency measures.
Coordinate with security and site coordination teams.
Handle electrical load calculations and power distribution.
Support material forecasting and resource planning.
Supervise and develop the facility team.
Establish and manage mobilization workshops and support site operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (mandatory).
8–12 years of relevant experience in infrastructure or rail mega projects.
Strong technical, leadership, and coordination skills.
Experience in site facility and operations management.
