Title: Site Engineer

Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
* Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
* Coordinate with project managers, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and workers.
* Monitor construction progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
* Conduct site inspections and quality control checks.
* Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
* Manage site materials, equipment, and labor resources efficiently.
* Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site.
* Verify measurements and quantities for billing and project documentation.
* Attend site meetings and communicate project updates to stakeholders.
* Review and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
* Minimum 1 year of experience.
* Proven experience in construction site supervision.
* Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety standards.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management software.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
