Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organised and driven Site Agent to manage and oversee TES operations at client sites. The successful candidate will act as the key liaison between the client, temporary workforce, and internal departments, ensuring smooth daily operations, compliance, and service delivery excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full on-site TES operation, including workforce coordination and supervision
- Serve as the primary point of contact between client and company
- Ensure daily attendance, timekeeping, and payroll inputs are accurate and submitted on time
- Oversee recruitment coordination, onboarding, and induction of temporary staff
- Monitor and enforce discipline, performance, and productivity on-site
- Ensure compliance with labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, OHSA) and company policies
- Conduct incident investigations, including absenteeism, misconduct, and injuries on duty
- Maintain all site documentation, including contracts, timesheets, and compliance records
- Liaise with HR and Payroll departments regarding employee queries and issues
- Ensure adherence to health & safety standards and client-specific requirements
- Provide regular reports and feedback to management and clients
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric (essential)
- Relevant qualification in HR, Industrial Relations, or Operations Management (advantageous)
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in TES / labour broking / staffing environment
- Strong knowledge of South African labour legislation
- Experience managing a large temporary workforce (preferably in warehouse/manufacturing environments)
- Computer literate (MS Office, payroll systems, time & attendance systems)
- Valid driver’s licence and own transport (preferred)
