Sit Down Forklift Operator / Material Handler
Looking for steady warehouse work with a path to permanent hire? This temp-to-hire opportunity puts you on a team handling high-volume big-box freight in a fast-paced cross-dock environment — with multiple shift options to fit your schedule.
Available Shifts:
- Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
- Wednesday–Saturday OR Sunday–Wednesday | 6:30 PM–5:00 AM
Pay: $18.00/hour
What You’ll Do:
- Operate sit-down forklift and support warehouse operations
- Unload containers and sort freight
- Move freight by hand, shrink wrap, label, and RF scan
- Work in a high-volume cross-dock environment handling big-box freight
What You Need:
- Sit-down forklift experience required (6 months minimum; 2+ years preferred for certain departments)
- Recent experience within the last 3–4 years
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs
- Comfortable in a fast-paced warehouse setting
- Cross-dock experience a plus
