Responsibilities
- Paint and finish a variety of signs, including metal, wood, plastic, and composite substrates
- Mix paints and match colors accurately
- Prepare surfaces (sanding, priming, masking, cleaning)
- Use spray equipment, brushes, rollers, and other painting tools
- Apply clear coats and protective finishes as needed
- Work from drawings, layouts, or written instructions
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Collaborate with team to meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Experience painting signs or similar work (automotive, industrial, mural, or decorative painting experience considered)
- Strong attention to detail and color accuracy
- Familiarity with paints, coatings, and spray equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
- Ability to stand, lift, and work with hands for extended periods
