Baron Sign Manufacturing builds and installs high-quality, custom architectural signage. Our installers are the face of our company in the field and are responsible for the final impression we leave with our clients. We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in their work to join our installation team.
What You Will Do
- Install Custom Signage: Install a variety of high-end exterior and interior ADA signs, including structural steel cabinets and dimensional building letters.
- Site Preparation: Perform site work, including operating machinery (backhoes/augers), digging, and pouring concrete footers.
- Service & Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and service existing signs (electrical troubleshooting, LED/bulb replacement, painting, and cleaning).
- Plan Interpretation: Read installation plans, prep materials, and ensure the job is done right the first time.
- Client Interaction: Act as the final point of contact on-site to obtain completed work sign-offs from clients and contractors.
What We Are Looking For
- Experience: Background in sign installation, general construction, or related outdoor field work.
- Mechanical & Physical Skills: Comfortable working outdoors, operating machinery (augers/backhoes), working with concrete, and working at heights (ladders/lifts).
- Technical Skills: Basic electrical troubleshooting skills.
- Professionalism: Excellent communication skills with the ability to deal effectively and professionally with clients and contractors on-site.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic, positive attitude, high integrity, and a willingness to travel to local job sites.
- Requirements: Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record (required for operating company vehicles).
