Position Title: Showroom Supervisor

Reports To: Head of Sales / Retail Operations Manager

Location: Lagos Showroom

Role Purpose

The Showroom Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of LPVT’s

showroom, ensuring exceptional customer experience, effective product presentation, and smooth

retail operations. This role combines leadership, sales enablement, and operational management to

drive showroom performance, promote LPVT’s solar and renewable energy solutions, and uphold

brand standards.

The Supervisor must demonstrate technical competence in renewable energy products, particularly

solar modules, to provide accurate guidance to customers, support sales enablement, and ensure

staff are well-trained in product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate product knowledge and technical guidance on LPVT’s photovoltaic modules

and renewable energy solutions.

• Conduct technical product demonstrations and presentations for customers.

• Train showroom staff on solar module specifications, installation basics, and renewable

energy applications.

• Ensure customer queries on technical aspects are addressed with precision and

professionalism.

• Support sales enablement by integrating technical insights into customer engagement and

solution selling.

• Provide feedback to management on customer technical requirements and market trends in

renewables.

Technical Competence – Solar Modules

Demonstrated expertise in solar module technology, accurate customer guidance, and effective staff training on renewable energy solutions.

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related field.

5–7 years’ experience in retail operations, showroom management, or customer service (preferably in energy, technology, or related industries).

Strong leadership and supervisory skills.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

Proven technical competence in solar energy products, photovoltaic modules, and renewable energy solutions (mandatory).

Experience in delivering technical product training and customer demonstrations is an advantage.
