Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor showroom construction projects, ensuring smooth operation of all project activities.
- Track project metrics (timeline, budget, quality) and monitor target completions.
- Generate weekly and monthly reports on showroom projects’ performance and recommend improvements.
- Manage the marketing construction team and subcontractors on-site.
- Risk control on materials, cost management.
- Monthly project plans development and resource allocation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Interior design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- 3–5 years of experience in showroom or retail construction in a supervisory role.
- Previous experience and strong understanding of construction project design and management.
- Analytical mindset for budget interpretation and progress tracking.
- Adaptable and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, sales- marketing teams, and senior management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel for data analysis and reports) and experience with marketing software or ERP systems are essential.
