Role Description
The Showroom Sales Consultant will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience by assisting clients in selecting the best surfaces for their projects. Responsibilities include showcasing products in the showroom, providing knowledgeable advice to customers, and fostering strong client relationships to drive sales. The role also involves coordinating orders and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and service. This is a position based at our Ballito location.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and presentations
- Proficiency in customer service and ability to deliver a positive experience.
- Proven sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Background or interest in interior design concepts and materials
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient computer and organizational skills
- Previous experience in the stone, surface, or construction material industry is a plus
