Responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the sales strategy
- Cascade company standards and ensure that they are applied within the sales team.
- Manage the showroom team performance.
- Study the features of all products/brands on offer.
- Arrange stock in a manner that is both visually appealing and allows ease of movement
- Responsible for showroom proper operation and compliance of the showroom to corporate identity.
- Maintain and update brand knowledge for self and team under supervision.
- Effectively manage customer contacts and relationships to improve customer service, build sales volume improve effectiveness and increase overall customer satisfaction.
- Welcome customers into the showroom assuring that everyone is being looked after.
- Represent the sales department in his branch.
- Train staff in effective sales and communication strategies
- Supervise the use of test models to prevent damage
- Negotiate prices and payment plans and then close sales
- Resolve strain and conflict between staff to promote a jovial and productive workplace
- Effectively manage customer contacts and relationships to improve customer service, build sales volume, improve effectiveness and increase overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide his direct manager with a proper measuring performance reporting system internally and externally as per demand
Requirements
- BS/BA in business, marketing, management, or equivalent.
- MBA in business administration is preferred.
Experience:
- 5-7 years of experience in automotive retail sales with minimum 2 years of experience in managerial position in reputable dealership
Skills and Abilities:
- Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and the automotive industry.
- Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals.
- Excellent leadership skills

Language Proficiency:
- Fluent English verbal and written.
