Objectives
- General Objective: To strengthen the visibility, understanding, and ownership of the statistical component of the Equitable Lesotho project among stakeholders through clear, engaging communication materials tailored to the local context.
- Specifics Objectives:
- Define a consistent visual identity for the project
- Produce institutional and operational communication materials
- Develop key messages tailored to the different audiences in Lesotho
Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Long-Term Expert based in Lesotho and the Project Officer at Expertise France headquarters in Paris, the expert will be responsible for:
- Assessment and scoping
- Review the project, including its objectives, target groups, and EU visibility requirements
- Hold exchanges with the project team to identify communication needs
- Propose a visual and editorial approach adapted to the Lesotho context
- Development of communication materials
The expert will propose three logos for the statistical component of the Equitable Lesotho project, and a graphic charter according to the logo validated by the implementing team and the EU delegation.
The logo and the charter will be declined for the following supports:
- project objectives
- partners
- beneficiaries
- main activities
- expected results
- printed materials
- institutional presentations
- public communication
- Technical delivery
- Provision of source files (AI, PSD, or equivalent formats)
- Print-ready and digital versions of all materials
- Compliance with European Union and Expertise France visibility guidelines

- Roll-up banners ready for printing
- Adaptable banner template
- Key messaging document
