The Role
Brandzo is seeking a highly experienced Shopping Mall General Manager with a strong executive leadership background in managing and operating shopping malls and commercial centers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all administrative, operational, and commercial activities for the mall.
- Manage and develop the mall’s administrative, financial, and control systems.
- Prepare and execute strategic plans, budgets, and performance reports.
- Drive revenue growth, improve occupancy rates, and enhance overall operational efficiency.
- Manage and cultivate relationships with tenants, partners, and service providers.
- Oversee critical facility functions including security, maintenance, cleaning, customer service, and marketing.
- Lead internal teams while ensuring strict compliance with quality and safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or a relevant field.
- Previous experience in senior leadership positions within shopping malls or major commercial centers.
- At least one year of direct, hands-on experience managing a shopping mall.
- Proven experience in managing and developing administrative and financial systems, budgets, and management reports.
- A successful and documented track record of improving performance, revenue, and occupancy rates.
- Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
- Proficiency in English and any additional languages is considered a strong advantage.
