We are seeking a practical, detail-focused Junior Store Manager to join a growing e-commerce team. This is a delivery-heavy role designed for someone with 2–5 years of hands-on experience who thrives within the Shopify ecosystem and enjoys ensuring sites are accurate, commercially sharp, and operationally smooth. This is not a strategy role; it is a high-level execution role. We need someone calm, methodical, and highly reliable who can manage multiple Shopify stores as the business continues to scale.
Key Responsibilities
Day-to-Day Store Operations
- Site Management: Create and manage collections, execute homepage updates, and build landing pages from structured briefs.
- Promotional Execution: Set up and thoroughly test discount codes and promotional offers.
- Accuracy & Maintenance: Maintain high product data standards and proactively identify and fix site errors.
Ticket & Issue Management
- Task Execution: Deliver high-quality work based on detailed briefs and manage tickets from across the wider company.
- Problem Solving: Maintain an issues sheet, resolving website problems flagged by Customer Service or other departments.
Cross-Team Collaboration
- Support Network: Work closely with the Senior Store Manager and support the Digital Marketing team with campaign execution.
Essential Experience & Skills
- Shopify Expertise: 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically within Shopify Admin.
- E-commerce Operations: Proven ability in building collections, landing pages, and managing discount logic.
- Methodical Execution: Ability to work from structured briefs at a fast pace without sacrificing accuracy.
- Detail-Obsessed: A naturally organized approach where errors are caught before they go live.
- Practical & Grounded: You are focused on the "how" and getting tasks across the finish line.
- Calm Under Pressure: Ability to manage multiple stores and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Proactive: Comfortable owning tasks from start to finish and identifying small site improvements independently.
