The HVAC industry is an exciting industry that impacts energy usage on a global scale. Multistack is one of the leading HVAC manufacturers and creators of modular chiller systems. We are seeking Shipping & Receiving Clerks to join our team at our new location opening in Winona, MN!

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with vendors and shipping staff scheduling of shipments, changes to shipments, and confirm that all shipping documents are attached.
- Prepare paperwork for shipments.
- Tracking and updating the status of shipments.
- Communicate with various departments to ensure all orders are processed efficiently.
- Photograph units being shipped and upload picture to job file.
- Create pack slips for accessory skid shipments.
- Collect appropriate documents and compare data page to Bill of Materials.
- Manage inventory and supply levels for shipping department.
- Data entry of shipments.
- Troubleshoot shipping issues.
- Operate warehouse equipment.
​Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous experience in related field.
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe experience
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and multitasking skills
- Desire to learn
- Experience in Inventory is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
