POSITION INFO:
Client seeks a dynamic Shift Manager to oversee warehousing and distribution operations, ensuring customer service levels are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive shift outcomes to meet contractual service levels.
- Manage expenditures within budget; investigate and correct overruns.
- Enforce procedural compliance and staff training.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and hold staff accountable.
- Conduct staff meetings, discipline, and training.
- Resolve operational and staff issues effectively.
Requirements:
- Relevant Tertiary Degree (Honours in Business / Supply Chain preferred).
- 3–5 years experience in Warehousing, Distribution, Transport, FMCG, or QRS Management.
- Strong computer literacy: MS Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint.
- Advanced WMS and GP system skills.
