The Shift Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe and productive work environment. He / She is responsible for leading, managing, and holding accountable the Setter, Production Operators, Production Packers and supporting team members. The Shift Manager is directly involved with programs as they relate to operations (e.g., manufacturing methods and engineering, cost reduction, training, staffing, safety, housekeeping, health & safety etc.) This is a working manager role and requires direct involvement in various roles. Administers company rules, regulations and policies governing employment.
This role is integral in determining the successful operation of the production element of the business and therefore comprises of different areas of core responsibilities.
Experience:
- Supervisory / Leadership: 3 years (Preferred)
- Injection Moulding: 5 years (Preferred)
