Position: Production Technician – Caps & Closures Manufacturing
We are seeking an experienced Production Technician for our Caps & Closures Manufacturing Unit with strong hands-on expertise in SACMI CCM (Compression Molding) Machines.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform complete mold changeovers independently (mandatory).
- Handle end-to-end production operations of SACMI CCM machines.
- Execute daily and monthly production planning to achieve production targets.
- Carry out machine settings, mold changes, and process optimization.
- Control rejection rates, improve product quality, and reduce material wastage.
- Troubleshoot minor machine breakdowns and conduct root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, and Utility departments.
- Manage shift operations and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech / CIPET
- Experience: 7-15 years in CCM Caps & Closures Manufacturing
- Mandatory Skill: Hands-on experience operating and maintaining SACMI CCM Machines
Required Skills
- In-depth knowledge of CCM processes and molds
- Experience in handling HDPE and PP materials
- Production efficiency improvement and OEE enhancement
- Strong troubleshooting and leadership abilities
- Knowledge of 5S, TPM, and safety standards
