Unitrans Namibia has an exciting opportunity for a SHERQ Manager who will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and RTMS management systems. The role ensures that SHERQ systems are fully embedded into business processes, standardised across depots, and aligned with legal, client, and organisational requirements.
The role provides leadership and oversight of SHERQ compliance, audit management, risk management, reporting, and training initiatives. The SHERQ Manager supports and leads
within the area of responsibility and plays a key role in promoting a proactive safety, quality, environmental, and risk-aware culture across the organisation.
