- Key Responsabilities
- Coordination and organization of local service training activities;
- Development of regional local training courseware;
- Progress inspection of product line service training implementation;
- Collaboration with product lines to organize local service personnel skill level certification;
- Liaison and coordination with local certification bodies for operations, safety, etc.
2.Qualifications & Competencies
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technical Training, Education, Engineering Machinery, Mechanical Manufacturing, English, National Trade or related field, etc;
- 2–5 years of experience in training coordination, technical training, or service operations;
- Experience in developing training materials and coordinating training sessions;
- Strong organizational and communication skills;
- Ability to work cross-functionally with product teams and external partners;
- Attention to detail with a structured approach to tracking training progress;
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders;
- Good command of MS Office (and training tools is a plus).
