Key Responsibilities
- Deliver labour-related services including on-site support, ad-hoc jobs, breakdown assistance, and warranty services
- Promote service offerings, support packages, and maintenance solutions to internal and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with internal teams to drive the uptake of service programs, contracts, and value-added solutions
- Coordinate and schedule equipment builds, maintenance activities, shutdowns, and major overhauls
- Plan and manage service programs both internally and with clients
- Monitor and report on service processes, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement
- Ensure adherence to workplace safety standards and quality control measures
- Define and promote the use of appropriate tools and maintenance practices
- Monitor personnel utilisation, including reporting and forecasting
- Manage subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and performance standards
- Provide technical support and guidance for equipment and operations
- Prepare regular reports for internal and external stakeholders
- Support clients with asset management and maintenance planning
- Identify and report technical issues, improvement opportunities, and operational risks
- Contribute to the development and implementation of service processes and procedures
- Provide operational support as required by senior management
- Assist in planning, execution, and supervision of maintenance activities and projects
- Identify opportunities to grow parts and service-related business
Qualifications
- Degree or equivalent qualification from a recognised technical institution
- A postgraduate qualification is an added advantage
