Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Service Manager, based in Jetpark. The Service Manager will oversee daily operations, manage and lead a team, and ensure quality and compliance with industry regulations. The individual will coordinate services, address client requirements, and implement solutions to improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include maintaining strong client relationships, reporting on performance metrics, and resolving challenges proactively while meeting organizational goals. They will also ensure load testing and all compliance certificates are valid and up to date.
