SUMMARY
Our client is seeking a Service Coordinator ideally from a service delivery environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate end-to-end scheduling and execution of new service installations
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate operation
- Track progress and resolve any scheduling or resource conflict
- Manage maintenance schedules for clients
- Ensure service level agreements are met by tracking dispatch and job completions
- Maintain accurate service records and logs for compliance and reporting
- Provide updates, resolve queries and complaints
- Work with team to forecast service demand and resource allocations
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Matric
- 1 – 2 years’ experience on a coordination or administrative role
- Must be from a service delivery environment
