CK Coachworks Foreshore is looking for a well-presented and eloquent individual to assist as a Service Advisor in a busy high-end workshop.
DUTIES
o Booking in of vehicles
o Loading photos on TMS
o Following up on outstanding parts
o Releasing vehicles
o Ensuring excess amounts are correct
o Correct information and paperwork for costing
o Schedule in and out of cars report daily
o Daily WIP reports to be sent to Directors, Manager and Stores
o Daily TMS updates
o The Workshop Manager and or QC need to assist the Service Advisor with a walk through on the stipulated days and advise on vehicle updates etc.
o Client updates
o Handover all signed release forms daily to Admin to prepare packs for costing.
o Take pictures of the car and explain the authorization to the client.
o Ensure all personal belongings have been taken out the car
