Job Overview
Weskaap Motors is seeking an experienced and professional Service Advisor to join our busy Workshop team in Vredenburg.
As an authorised dealer representing Kia, Renault, Mitsubishi, Tata and JAC, we are looking for a candidate with strong dealership experience, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage workshop bookings, customer communication, and repair processes efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Service Advisor in the motor industry
- Previous dealership experience essential
- Experience with dealership management systems (Pinnacle DMS advantageous)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Ability to work under pressure and manage workflow effectively
- Valid South African driver’s licence
- Computer literate
- Professional appearance and work ethic
Key Responsibilities
- Booking in customer vehicles for services and repairs
- Liaising between customers and workshop technicians
- Preparing quotations and obtaining customer authorisation
- Providing regular customer feedback and updates
- Managing job cards accurately and efficiently
- Ensuring high customer satisfaction standards
- Handling customer concerns professionally
- Maintaining dealership workshop standards and procedures
