Job Specification – Service Advisor
Location: Milnerton

Employment Type: Permanent with fixed term contract
Salary: R15,000 – R20,000 per month (Depending on experience, current salary, proven commission earnings, and upselling performance)
Our esteemed client is seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join their team!
The successful candidate will have a strong customer service background within the automotive industry and experience working in a dealership environment. Experience with multiple vehicle brands and the Keyloop Dealer Management System will be highly advantageous (but not limited to).
Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12)
- Valid Code 8 Driver’s Licence
- Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience as a Service Advisor within a dealership
- Experience in a multi-franchise dealership environment is advantageous.
- Working knowledge of the Keyloop Dealer Management System is highly advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Stable employment history with contactable references
