About the Remote Opportunity

Congo Networks for Economic Empowerment (CONEE), in strategic partnership with The 1% Club, is expanding its global talent pipeline and is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support the identification, attraction, and onboarding of high-potential candidates worldwide.

This is a fully remote position designed to help both organizations recruit the most suitable professionals across diverse geographies to participate in a fast-growing international e-commerce and distribution ecosystem.

The role goes beyond traditional recruitment. It focuses on sourcing entrepreneurial-minded individuals capable of growing within structured global business systems while contributing to digital expansion and leadership development initiatives.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be trained and mentored to lead strategic global recruitment initiatives aligned with CONEE and The 1% Club’s expansion goals.

You will operate within structured international talent acquisition frameworks to identify, engage, assess, and onboard candidates suited for performance-driven entrepreneurial pathways.

Engagement is fully remote, with flexible part-time or full-time options, allowing professionals to integrate this role alongside existing commitments.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and source high-potential candidates globally through digital platforms and professional networks

• Conduct pre-screening and selection interviews

• Assess candidate alignment with entrepreneurial and performance-based environments

• Manage talent pipelines and recruitment tracking systems

• Support onboarding and orientation processes

• Collaborate with leadership teams on workforce expansion strategies

• Contribute to employer branding and outreach campaigns

• Facilitate candidate engagement webinars and information sessions
