- Negotiation – Lead or support commercial negotiations to secure favourable pricing, payment terms, delivery timelines, and contractual conditions.
- Supplier Database Management – Build, maintain, and continuously update a comprehensive and accurate supplier database.
- Quote Comparison and Cost Analysis – Review and compare supplier quotes to ensure cost‑effective and competitive sourcing decisions.
- Supplier Relationship Management – Develop, manage, and maintain strong, long‑term supplier relationships to support performance, reliability, and future opportunities.
- Project Leadership – Lead projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, and completion, ensuring delivery within agreed timelines and budgets.
- End‑to‑End Visibility and Reporting – Maintain full visibility across all project stages by defining clear timelines, milestones, dependencies, and progress reporting.
- Risk Management – Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project and supplier‑related risks, balancing speed, quality, cost, and long‑term supplier relationships.
- Stakeholder Alignment – Align supply chain and procurement activities with deal requirements through effective communication with internal deal managers and external stakeholders.
