Senior stores clerk Jobs in Pretoria at Putco Ltd
The incumbent will control the systematic movement of parts, monitor specific performance outcomes and undertakes clerical activities/tasks associated with checking, verifying updating, completing and submitting documentation, forms and schedules.
- Control and Check the inbound physical items/products and confirming/acknowledging details recorded on transactional documentation correspond with receipts.
- Check and maintain stock levels which includes, counting, recording stock control and maintain stock levels
- Responsible for performing cycle count and bin audit to ensure Stock accuracy.
- Balance stock on the Embrace system against the physical stock at hand
- Enquire with Storeman on Stock discrepancies
- Capture stock which are returned
- Transfer documentation to the Supplier
- Goods Received from Supplier: Generate a voucher on Embrace
- Acquire approval for any stock orders
- Control the preparation of purchase orders
- Control the preparation of requisitions for order numbers
- Capture, analyse, reconcile and process data and information.
- Compile and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and statistical records.
- Handle and solve queries from section.
- Submit daily, weekly, monthly MIS
- Issuing and receiving of tyres/spares/materials
