The incumbent will control the systematic movement of parts, monitor specific performance outcomes and undertakes clerical activities/tasks associated with checking, verifying updating, completing and submitting documentation, forms and schedules.

  • Control and Check the inbound physical items/products and confirming/acknowledging details recorded on transactional documentation correspond with receipts.
  • Check and maintain stock levels which includes, counting, recording stock control and maintain stock levels
  • Responsible for performing cycle count and bin audit to ensure Stock accuracy.
  • Balance stock on the Embrace system against the physical stock at hand
  • Enquire with Storeman on Stock discrepancies
  • Capture stock which are returned
  • Transfer documentation to the Supplier
  • Goods Received from Supplier: Generate a voucher on Embrace
  • Acquire approval for any stock orders
  • Control the preparation of purchase orders
  • Control the preparation of requisitions for order numbers
  • Capture, analyse, reconcile and process data and information.
  • Compile and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) and statistical records.
  • Handle and solve queries from section.
  • Submit daily, weekly, monthly MIS
  • Issuing and receiving of tyres/spares/materials
