Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Culture

• Lead from the front and inspire a large, high-performance team
• Build a culture of accountability, energy, and teamwork
• Recruit, coach, and develop talent to achieve store excellence

Sales & Commercial Performance

• Drive and exceed sales, conversion, and profitability targets
• Analyse trading performance and implement action plans
• Generate customer traffic through strong in-store execution and promotions

Operational Excellence

• Oversee all store operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance
• Manage stock, shrinkage, and merchandising standards
• Maintain high operational discipline across all areas of the store

Customer Experience

• Deliver a powerful and memorable in-store experience
• Handle escalations with professionalism and urgency
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers

• Minimum 5+ years retail management experience (high-volume/flagship preferred)
• Proven track record of delivering strong sales and operational results
• Strong leadership and team management capability
• Excellent communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays
