✅ What We’re Seeking:
- Proficiency in CRM practices and adept at fostering productive business relationships
- Promote and sell residential and/or commercial real estate projects
- Meet with prospective clients and understand their needs
- Present project details, pricing, and payment plans clearly
- Conduct site visits and property tours
- Follow up with leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, finance, legal)
- Maintain accurate client records and sales reports
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor projects
✅ Job Requirements:
• 2- 4 years of Sales experience in the real estate
• Bachelor’s degree is a must
• Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Good English language skills
• Outstanding communication and problem-solving skills
• Must possess a car
🕙 Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 P.M /12.00 PM : 8 P.M
📅 Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
