💼 About the Role
As a Senior Recruitment Specialist, you will lead recruitment efforts for accounting and finance roles across US-based clients. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing high-caliber candidates while delivering an exceptional client and candidate experience.
You will operate remotely while collaborating daily with international stakeholders and hiring managers aligned with US working hours.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full 180 recruitment lifecycle for accounting and finance roles
- Source qualified candidates using LinkedIn, niche finance job boards, and advanced sourcing strategies
- Conduct in-depth candidate screenings assessing both technical finance expertise and cultural fit
- Build and maintain strong pipelines of accounting and finance professionals
- Present thoroughly vetted, high-quality candidates to US-based clients
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities
- Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates and stakeholders
- Track recruitment activity and maintain accurate ATS records
✅ What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or Talent Partner (mid–senior level)
- Demonstrated experience recruiting within the Accounting & Finance space (essential)
- Experience recruiting for US-based companies or international clients (strong advantage)
- Strong understanding of finance roles such as Accountants, Financial Analysts, Controllers, Bookkeepers, and related positions
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
- Highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong stakeholder management skills.
