Overview
Hire Resolves’ client is currently seeking a skilled Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist to join their team. As a Senior Quality Assurance Automation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications through the implementation of automated testing processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts, as well as identify and report defects.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a passion for software testing and automation.
Responsibilities
Design and develop automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks
Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand requirements and technical specifications
Execute automated test scripts and analyze test results
Identify and report defects and work closely with the development team to resolve issues
Participate in test planning and strategy development
Contribute to the continual improvement of the automated testing processes and frameworks
Mentor team members
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation
Strong knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks (., Selenium, Appium)
Experience in any Database with good SQL knowledge
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Strong communication and collaboration abilities
Leadership experience and the ability to mentor junior team members is a plus
