Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Property Consultant based in Cairo. The Senior Property Consultant will manage and guide clients in acquiring and selling real estate properties. Responsibilities include conducting property consultations, fostering client relationships, negotiating sales agreements, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves understanding client needs, presenting tailored property solutions, and staying updated on market trends to support informed decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Consulting and Real Estate, with experience in advising clients and understanding property valuation and market trends
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships and provide personalized support to clients
- Proven ability in Sales, including negotiation, closing deals, and achieving sales targets
- Good understanding of the local real estate market, particularly in Cairo
- Ability to work collaboratively and efficiently within an on-site team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in real estate or property consulting is highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Arabic is preferred
