We seek a highly skilled Bi-Lingual (FRENCH/ENGLISH) Project Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and delivering projects using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project teams and delivering successful projects within scope, budget, and timeline. This position will also require the candidate to function as a Business Analyst, eliciting and documenting requirements to deliver value to our stakeholders. Having CBAP certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation using Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Work with stakeholders to identify and prioritize business requirements and manage expectations.
- Lead and coordinate project teams using Scrum practices, including daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective meetings.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and other project artifacts.
- Facilitate project team meetings, status updates, and coordinate communication with stakeholders.
- Manage project scope and change requests, ensuring that the impact on the project is properly assessed and managed.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the technical team to ensure successful delivery of projects.
- Conduct requirements gathering sessions, document business requirements, and translate them into functional specifications.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that business requirements are fully understood and translated into technical specifications.
- Ensure that project deliverables are completed according to specifications and meet quality standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of project management experience, focusing on Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong experience in business analysis, including requirements gathering and documentation.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to scope.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- CBAP and Project management certification is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Experience in software development or IT projects is a plus.
