Key Responsibilities
- Lead all sterile production activities and ensure manufacturing targets are achieved
- Develop and execute production plans aligned with demand and capacity requirements
- Optimize productivity, reduce downtime, and improve operational efficiency
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, FDA, ISO, and internal quality requirements
- Manage departmental budgets and control operational costs, along with Identifying opportunities for productivity and cost improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- An MBA is preferred
- 15+ years in pharmaceutical manufacturing, with at least 5 years in sterile production operations
- 3+ years in a managerial leadership role
