Job Purpose
The Procurement senior specialist is responsible for end-to-end procurement activities —local and foreign— ensuring timely sourcing, supplier coordination, and contract execution in alignment with company standards and
operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute procurement processes for local and foreign goods and services, ensuring quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
- Analyze purchase requisitions and market trends to identify suitable suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.
- Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and supplier agreements in alignment with company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement transactions and supplier performance for reporting and analysis.
- Coordinate with internal departments to forecast needs and resolve any issues related to orders or deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with QHSE standards and support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement practices.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term collaboration and reliability.
- Monitor contract execution and supplier performance, recommending corrective actions when necessary.
Qualification & Education
- Years of experience: 3-5 years.
- Academic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in engineering
