ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB
We are seeking a Senior Procurement Buyer to lead indirect procurement activities across logistics, warehousing, facilities, and related service categories. The role is responsible for developing sourcing strategies, managing supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring the timely delivery of services while optimizing costs. The position partners closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance teams to drive savings, improve supplier performance, and ensure uninterrupted business operations through effective procurement management.
ABOUT YOUR NEW JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Sourcing
- Lead RFQs, RFPs, and tendering activities for assigned procurement categories.
- Develop sourcing strategies that optimize total cost of ownership.
- Conduct market analysis and supplier benchmarking.
- Identify cost-saving and value engineering opportunities.
- Support annual budgeting and procurement planning.
Procurement Operations
- Manage the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle from PR validation through PO issuance.
- Ensure procurement requests are processed within agreed service levels.
- Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Technical, and Operations teams throughout the procurement process.
- Ensure compliance with procurement governance and approval authorities.
Supplier Management
- Identify, evaluate, qualify, and onboard new suppliers.
- Build long-term strategic supplier relationships.
- Monitor supplier performance using KPIs.
- Conduct supplier performance reviews and corrective action plans.
- Resolve commercial disputes and supplier escalations.
Tender Management
- Prepare tender documentation.
- Manage technical and commercial bid evaluations.
- Conduct commercial negotiations.
- Prepare award recommendations.
- Ensure transparent and compliant tender processes.
Contract Management
- Review commercial terms and conditions.
- Participate in contract negotiations.
- Monitor contract utilization.
- Manage renewals, amendments, and contract close-out activities.
Stakeholder Management
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Provide procurement guidance throughout project lifecycles.
- Communicate procurement status and risks effectively.
- Support cross-functional projects and CAPEX initiatives.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare procurement reports and dashboards.
- Maintain procurement documentation and audit trails.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
- Support internal and external audits.
ARE THSES YOUR SECERET INGRIDENTS
- 4-5 years of procurement experience.
- At least 3 years managing strategic sourcing activities.
- Experience handling high-value procurement projects.
- Experience in Logistics,, fleet, warehouse, logistics, or industrial procurement is highly preferred.(FMCG)
- Experience with both CAPEX and OPEX procurement.
- Experience working within ERP systems such as SAP or Ariba.
