Role Overview
As a Senior People & Culture Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and enhancing the employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. You will be responsible for driving HR operations, talent management initiatives, employee engagement programs, performance management processes, and culture-building activities that align with Bevatel’s strategic objectives.
This role requires a proactive HR professional who can balance operational excellence with a strong focus on people, culture, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
People Operations
- Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, probation follow-up, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Ensure HR policies, procedures, and practices are consistently implemented across the organization.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Support payroll preparation through attendance, leave, and employee data management.
Employee Experience & Engagement
- Design and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Lead internal events, recognition programs, and culture-enhancing activities.
- Act as a trusted point of contact for employees and managers regarding workplace concerns and HR-related matters.
Performance Management
- Coordinate performance review cycles and support managers in setting objectives and evaluating performance.
- Monitor employee development plans and provide recommendations for talent growth and retention.
- Assist in identifying high-potential employees and succession planning opportunities.
Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external learning initiatives.
- Track employee development programs and evaluate their effectiveness.
- Support leadership development and career progression initiatives.
Culture & Organizational Development
- Promote company values and contribute to building a strong employer brand.
- Support change management initiatives and organizational development projects.
- Analyze employee feedback and HR metrics to recommend continuous improvements.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 4–7 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, or People & Culture roles.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and HR best practices.
- Experience in employee engagement, performance management, and HR operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
- Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in technology, SaaS, telecommunications, or fast-growing companies.
- Experience managing culture transformation and employee experience initiatives.
