Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Paarden Eiland ,Cape Town for a Senior Motorcycle Mechanic. The Senior Motorcycle Mechanic will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining motorcycles to ensure they meet safety and performance standards. Daily tasks include engine diagnostics, electrical system repairs, routine servicing, tuning, and the replacement of motorcycle parts. The role also involves mentoring junior mechanics, ensuring workshop efficiency, and maintaining high customer service standards.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in motorcycle diagnostics, engine repairs, and system maintenance
- Expertise in electrical systems and troubleshooting for motorcycles
- Experience in performing routine servicing, tuning, and component replacements
- Ability to mentor and guide junior mechanics
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Effective communication and customer service skills
- Relevant certification in motorcycle mechanics or a related field
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory mechanic role is a plus
