Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in e-commerce performance marketing, with the ability to handle both B2C (direct sales) and B2B (lead generation) campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on:
* Meta (Facebook & Instagram & tiktok)
* Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping)
* TikTok Ads and other relevant platforms
* Optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs:
* ROAS (Return on Ad Spend)
* CPA (Cost per Acquisition)
* Conversion Rate
* Develop strategies for:
* B2C: Driving online sales and conversions
* B2B: Generating qualified leads and nurturing funnels
* Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audiences, and landing pages
* Monitor campaign performance and provide actionable insights
* Manage budgets efficiently and scale profitable campaigns
* Collaborate with creative, content, and sales teams
* Track and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, etc.
Requirements:
* 2–4+ years of experience in media buying / performance marketing
* Proven experience in e-commerce campaigns
* Strong knowledge of:
* Meta Ads Manager
* Google Ads
* TikTok Ads (preferred)
* Experience handling both lead generation (B2B) and conversion campaigns (B2C)
* Analytical mindset with strong reporting skills
* Familiarity with tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Pixels, etc.)
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in international campaigns (export / cross-border e-commerce is a plus)
* Knowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
* Experience with email marketing funnels or CRM integrations
