ABOUT THE ROLE
Provelo Group is a UK-based professional services and technology group across payroll, recruitment, company formation, and SaaS software. We have 12 brands, three SaaS platforms launching this year, and one open to own it all.
This is a senior, high-autonomy marketing role. You will build the full marketing programme from scratch — HubSpot infrastructure, campaign architecture, digital foundations, and brand delivery across the entire portfolio. You report directly to the CEO and CRO. There is no marketing manager above you.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Own the full 12-month marketing programme across 12 Provelo Group brands
- Launch Earn IQ SaaS GTM from scratch — no pipeline, no case studies, full build
- Build HubSpot CRM architecture across all brands: pipelines, workflows, reporting
- Run paid campaigns across Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads for priority brands
- Deliver SEO, email nurture, and content programmes per brand audience
- Prepare and pre-build People IQ pipeline ahead of its August/September 2026 launch
- Brief and manage freelance graphic designer on all brand asset needs
- Report commercially to the CEO monthly — pipeline, lead quality, CAC
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years digital marketing experience (senior) or 3–6 years for mid-level consideration
- Strong HubSpot skills — pipelines, workflows, sequences, and commercial dashboards
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, SEO, and email marketing
- Experience managing multiple brands or clients at the same time
- SaaS GTM or product marketing launch experience is a strong advantage
- Comfortable working independently and reporting at CEO level
- Available during UK business hours (GMT/BST) with reliable fibre connection
- Excellent written English for briefs, content, and reporting
12-month contract with renewal pathway based on programme performance.
