About our client..
Our client is an early-stage fintech operating in the credit + telecommunications space, built to help more consumers access devices and connectivity in a responsible, affordability-led way. They partner closely with mobile operators and sit inside retail channels — and they’re now looking for a Senior Marketing Manager to build and run a dual-sided marketing strategy across both partner (B2B) and consumer (B2C) worlds.

What the job involves..

  • Building and executing a dual-sided marketing strategy across B2B and B2C
  • Owning product packaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy (end-to-end)
  • Developing the B2B marketing strategy and partner positioning (MNOs, retail groups, distribution partners)
  • Creating sales enablement materials (pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, commercial narratives)
  • Translating complex products into clear, compelling value propositions
  • Developing and executing the B2C strategy to drive acquisition across digital, retail/in-store, and partnerships
  • Owning performance marketing with a strong focus on CAC, conversion, and ROI
  • Building lifecycle marketing (onboarding, engagement, retention, upsell)
  • Designing channel and retail marketing that actually converts in-store
  • Owning the overall brand narrative and ensuring consistency across websites, campaigns, sales material, and product messaging
  • Moving fast from idea → execution → iteration, and reporting on performance
  • Managing agencies/external partners when needed

What you need to be considered..

  • 6+ years’ marketing experience (fintech, telco, retail, or high-growth environments preferred)
  • Proven B2B marketing experience (enterprise positioning, partnerships, sales enablement)
  • Proven B2C marketing experience (performance, brand, growth)
  • Strong product marketing and GTM execution experience
  • Commercial thinking: pricing, positioning, and unit economics makes sense to you
  • Comfort operating across strategy and execution (this is hands-on)
  • Ability to simplify complex products into messaging that sells
  • A structured, detail-driven approach, with clear communication

Bonus points if you..

  • Have retail/channel-driven marketing experience (or have built campaigns designed for in-store conversion)
  • Thrive in a true startup environment (low structure, high ownership, lots of momentum)
  • Have worked closely with product and commercial teams to refine offerings based on market feedback
  • Love building from zero — and can prove it with real examples of GTM wins
