We’re Hiring | Senior Technical Engineer – Marine Operations
We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Technical Engineer to lead technical operations, fleet maintenance, and strategic marine projects across Egypt.
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Frequent travel between Luxor & Aswan required
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage maintenance and technical operations for:
* Steam Ship Sudàn
* Dahabia La Flâneuse
* Tug fleet
• Oversee:
* Workshop & technical store in Luxor
* Central kitchen technical & logistical operations
* Summer maintenance planning
* Finalization and launch support for Rêveuse + tug
• Participate in new marine projects including:
* Construction of Niagara & Indiana
* Steam refurbishment and carpentry supervision
* Coordination with local & international technical experts
Requirements:
✔ 5 years of experience in boats / ships / marine engineering
✔ Strong background in mechanics, electricity, and steam systems
✔ Experience managing multiple projects and technical teams
✔ Hands-on problem solver with strong operational mindset
✔ Comfortable working in multidisciplinary and collaborative environments
