We are seeking accomplished senior executives with a proven track record of leading complex, high-profile operations and delivering operational excellence in internationally recognized organizations.
We are particularly interested in professionals with significant experience in:
- Shopping malls and mixed-use developments
- Premium retail destinations
- Luxury hospitality and integrated resorts
- Airports and other high-footfall destinations
- Large-scale commercial real estate assets
Successful candidates will demonstrate:
- 10–15+ years of progressive leadership experience
- Extensive experience leading large multidisciplinary teams
- Strong strategic, operational and commercial acumen
- A proven ability to drive transformation and organizational performance
- Experience within international organizations or multicultural environments
- A customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering world-class experiences
